Update from Hannah
We launched Contented AI to the world last week 🎉 This has been a project Lucy and I have been working on few a months and at the start we were just sharing our knowledge and helping out friends.
Soon it was very clear the need and demand was there for us to turn this into a consultancy and grow the team to help more people. So here we are.
We love helping people. We love seeing their shocked and happy faces when it dawns on them just how much of an impact these tools will have on their work and personal lives. It’s life changing for them.
We aren’t developing AI products ourselves. We will leave the product development for our own startups. Contented AI is about curating, teaching, and sharing the best AI tools with our clients. Making life simple.
(Okay maybe we are developing some cool ways of integrating google sheets and ChatGPT for our clients but nothing too technical or complex! 😜)
Get in touch with us of you want to chat about AI and your role or business. Or just follow along with us each week, enjoy that coffee ☕and thanks for reading!

Democratising AI 🌐
No we aren’t talking politics. Democratising AI refers to the effort of making artificial intelligence accessible and usable by a wider range of people, not just those with advanced technical skills.
This means creating user-friendly tools and platforms that enable business owners and managers to harness the power of AI to improve their operations and make better decisions. It also means giving people the skills and training to make decisions about AI and the implication for their business.
This has huge implications for small businesses as it can level the playing field with larger companies that have traditionally had more resources to invest in AI.
This is why we feel so passionately about our work at Contented. We see ourselves playing an important role in this movement to create fairer competition.
To learn more about this, please watch Andrew Ng’s Ted Talk below. Ng envisions an inspiring future where AI is accessible to everyone, empowering individuals and small businesses to build their own AI systems
"I think that we can build a much richer society if we can enable everyone to help to write the future” - Andrew Ng
News stories: Good, bad and the wacky 📰
👍 Good- More privacy for ChatGPT users
OpenAI now gives you the option to switch off your chat history when using its ChatGPT chatbot. OpenAI says it won’t save your previous conversations when you turn this setting off, nor will it use those conversations to help train its AI models. More privacy improvements are expected to come in the coming months as OpenAI launches ChatGPT for business.
👎 Bad- Snapchat chatbot fears
The new AI chatbot in the app Snapchat , which uses ChatGPT, can offer recommendations, answer questions and converse with users. The new tool is facing backlash not only from parents but also from some Snapchat users who are bombarding the app with bad reviews in the app store and criticisms on social media over privacy concerns, “creepy” exchanges and an inability to remove the feature from their chat feed unless they pay for a premium subscription.
🙃 Wacky- A viral AI song
Last week a hip-hop track titled Heart on my Sleeve- resembling a blend of rappers Drake and The Weeknd- went viral on social media and Spotify . The song, which was posted by an anonymous user going by the name "@ghostwriter," utilised AI that was trained on the singers voices to create it, and garnered millions of plays before being removed by major platforms. Interesting implications for the music industry and copyright laws in the coming months. 🤔

🏺 Cleopatra's AI twist: A fun take on the ancient ruler's potential AI use
ChatGPT how would Cleopatra use AI?
“As a shrewd ruler, Cleopatra would likely use AI to gain insights into the behaviour and needs of her subjects, as well as her enemies." She may have used AI-powered analytics to make data-driven decisions about taxation, trade, and military strategy. Cleopatra was also known for her interest in science and technology, so she may have embraced AI as a tool for innovation and progress in fields such as medicine, engineering, and agriculture.
